Directions for Use

Massage:
Shake well before use. Warm a small amount of oil between your hands and massage into the skin using slow, circular movements until absorbed.

Bath:
Add 5–10ml to warm bath water and disperse well before entering the bath. Take extra care when getting in and out, as oils may make surfaces slippery.
